




We are looking for a person to coordinate and organize team activities. Responsibilities will include planning and assigning tasks, always taking into account established priorities and deadlines. It will be essential to supervise the team’s overall performance to ensure that all set objectives are met. Smooth internal team communication will be key, as well as the ability to resolve any incidents that may arise. The role will also involve detailed tracking of activities and presenting results reports to management. Proactivity in proposing improvements to existing work processes, and supporting team member training and motivation, will be highly valued. Working hours will be 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a split shift schedule, plus alternate Saturday mornings. **Professional experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Organization, Human Resources, or related fields. **Experience in the following areas will be valued:** * Team management * Leadership * Project management * Organization and planning
