The selected candidate will lead budgetary control and the full project lifecycle, ensuring achievement of both technical and financial objectives, particularly in the area of public and private funding. Main Responsibilities * Preparation, monitoring, and control of the entity's budget. * Identification and pursuit of public grants and private financing. * Technical and economic formulation of social intervention projects. * Analysis of beneficiaries' needs. * Comprehensive project lifecycle management: initiation, execution, monitoring, evaluation, closure, and justification. * Technical and financial justification of projects to funding bodies. * Preparation and submission of applications to public and private calls for proposals. * Preparation of monthly financial reports for Management and Board of Trustees. * Design and management of volunteer programs, equality plans, sustainability initiatives, and awareness-raising activities. * Strategic and operational support to Management. * (Desirable) Delivery of workshops targeted at beneficiaries. Requirements * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in submitting, executing, and justifying projects funded by Public Administrations, preferably within the Third Sector of Social Action. * Solid knowledge of public grant management. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in equal opportunities and in designing and implementing gender-sensitive projects. * Proficiency in digital tools and agile methodologies. * Competencies * Teamwork. * Communication and leadership skills. * Planning and organizational ability. * Proactivity and results orientation.
