Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Experience working with minors under judicial measures. Ability to serve as a behavioral role model for minors. Possession of a certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions. Strong motivation for educational work with minors. High capacity for learning. Persuasive and influential. Collaborate with technical staff, under the supervision of management, in assessing and developing individual or group intervention plans.
