




Job Summary: You will actively collaborate in the daily care of residents, assisting with their fundamental needs while promoting their autonomy and well-being. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and medication. 2. Participation in social and recreational activities. 3. Monitoring residents' health and promoting their autonomy. You will actively support residents in their essential daily activities, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding, as well as administering medication and managing toileting needs and mobility within the facility. Additionally, you will participate in planning and supervising social and recreational activities, working collaboratively with other professionals at the facility. Your role will also involve continuous attention to and monitoring of each resident's health status, always aiming to promote their autonomy and ensure their safety within the environment. A medium-level vocational training qualification in Nursing Assistance or a Professional Qualification Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions is required. Additional training or prior experience in similar roles will be considered favorably.
