Experienced bricklaying professionals are sought for various construction projects in Cantabria and Biscay. Main tasks will include brickwork in home renovations, commercial premises, and general community maintenance. This covers activities such as tiling, plastering, rendering, plasterboard installation, painting, grouting stone facades, and finishing work. A minimum of 36 months of experience in the trade is essential, along with completion of the Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) course specific to the construction sector and additional PRL training. In addition, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation are required. Having certifications or licenses for operating construction machinery will be positively valued, as well as proven ability to learn and adapt to new tasks. The position offers a full-time, split-shift employment contract lasting until the project concludes. The salary will comply with the construction industry collective agreement.
