




We are looking for an administrative staff member with experience in the industrial sector and strong skills in logistics and blueprint interpretation. The selected candidate will be responsible for key administrative tasks within a company located in Santander. Daily responsibilities include comprehensive management of documentation related to delivery notes and invoices, both incoming and outgoing materials. The candidate will also handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person at reception. It will be essential to resolve internal queries as well as those from customers and suppliers, always related to order processing and delivery times. Additionally, logistical support will be provided to ensure efficient shipment control and goods receipt. Administrative assistance will also be given to the sales and warehouse departments, collaborating in their daily operations. * Vocational training in administration is desirable. * Previous experience in administration required. * Experience in logistics and warehousing is a plus. * Proficiency in office software and ERP systems. * Basic knowledge of blueprint interpretation.
