We are looking for a responsible, customer-oriented individual to manage customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our gaming hall, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and delivering an excellent experience for our customers. **Main Responsibilities** * In-hall customer service, resolving inquiries with professional and friendly communication. * Access control and verification of legal requirements (age, identification, capacity). * Basic supervision of gaming machines and reporting of incidents. * Cash handling: processing payments, giving change, and managing cash balances. * Monitoring regulatory compliance and responding appropriately to incidents. * Assisting with opening, closing, and maintaining order and cleanliness of the premises. **Requirements** * Experience in customer service (experience in gaming, hospitality, or retail is preferred). * Strong communication skills and ability to handle conflicts. * Basic cash-handling and computer skills. * Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends). **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in customer service. * Observational skills and ability to detect risky behavior. * Teamwork orientation and proactivity. **We Offer** * Permanent contract and competitive salary. * Initial and ongoing training. * A professional environment focused on safety. * Opportunities for internal career growth.
