Manage incidents and refunds using computer software We seek a person with problem-solving ability and strong communication skills to carry out cleaning and incident management tasks at a parking facility in Santander. Responsibilities include: \*Cleaning of facilities: cleaning parking spaces when users spill/drop items, cleaning ramps, restrooms, etc. \*Resolving any user-related incidents, managing refunds, etc.: performed using management software, thus requiring PC proficiency and relevant knowledge. Work Schedule: Shift-based work with an average of 34 hours per week. Immediate availability required. Salary according to collective agreement plus additional allowances.
