Due to strong growth in our Transportation and Infrastructure division \| WSP, we seek to incorporate a Director of Linear Construction Projects into our Cantabria team as Technical Site Support. **What will you do with us?** Among your key responsibilities will be leading the direction, coordination, and technical, economic, documentary, and quality supervision of assigned construction works, acting as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, public authorities, and internal teams. You will also monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and established quality standards, and periodically report to the Construction Management Directorate on each project’s evolution and key aspects. **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a professional holding a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with at least 10 years’ experience in construction management and/or leadership of technical assistance units for linear infrastructure projects. Particular value will be placed on experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients, public authorities, and contractors, as well as managing the technical, economic, and documentary aspects of construction projects. Knowledge of planning tools, cost control, document management, BIM, and collaborative project management platforms will also be valued, as well as complementary training in occupational risk prevention, safety and health coordination, environmental management, quality management, or project management.
