Desktop Support Technician (1mes) Candidate Profile / Job Description We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician for an onsite assignment in Santander, Spain, during the month of January. The technician will support end users in a corporate environment, performing troubleshooting, hardware interventions and workplace IT tasks according to internal procedures. **Responsibilities:** Provide L1/L2 onsite support for end users (Windows 10/11\). Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and peripheral issues. Install, configure and replace desktops, laptops, monitors and accessories. Support ticket resolution through the customer s ITSM tool. Assist with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. Ensure proper documentation of actions taken. Collaborate with remote teams and follow SLA / workflow guidelines. **Minimum Requirements:** 2\+ years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Field Services. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, printers, and hardware troubleshooting. Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar). Good understanding of networks at a basic support level (LAN, Wi\-Fi, cabling). Ability to work onsite daily, independently and professionally. Fluent Spanish required basic English an advantage. Customer\-oriented attitude, punctuality, and strong communication skills. **Contract Details:** **Duration:** 1 month (January). **Location:** Santander (onsite only). **Schedule:** Business hours (exact schedule confirmed during onboarding).
