Collaborative environment and professional development **Are you excited about participating in field projects, surrounded by experts who will help you grow day by day?** At OCA Global, we are looking to hire a **Junior Engineer for our Santander offices**, someone eager to launch their professional career by participating in real inspections, tests, and technical tasks—with the necessary mentoring and training to ensure nothing is left to chance. **Your Mission:** **You will support the execution of technical work at facilities** We will train you to conduct inspections, primarily focused on mechanical aspects: elevators, pressure equipment, cranes, lifting devices, etc. **You will collaborate in preparing technical reports** You will learn how to document test results, record findings, and ensure process quality. **You will participate in task planning and daily work organization** You will be an active member of the technical team, prioritizing tasks and ensuring projects progress efficiently. **You will receive training in electrical regulations and occupational risk prevention** You will receive continuous training to perform your duties safely, technically, and professionally. **️ Essential Requirements:** * **Technical Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. An Electrical Engineering degree is also desirable.
