(CompTIA Network+ certification is desirable.) * Customer-focused approach with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and repairs in high-volume, high-pressure environments. * Strong interpersonal and professional skills, with the ability to communicate, promote, and sell service-related products and value propositions. * Valid driver’s license.
