We believe in professional development and offer growth opportunities within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Job Details:** * **Job Title:** Geriatrics or Internal Medicine Specialist Physician. * **Location:** Basque Country. * **Type of Facility:** Private Center. **Conditions:** * **Contract Type:** Employment Contract or Self-Employed Contract (Autonomous). * **Work Schedule:** Full-time or Part-time. * **Working Hours:** To be agreed upon. **Responsibilities:** * Medical follow-up and care of users, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. * Comprehensive assessment of new admissions and development of personalized care and life plans. * Coordination and leadership of the multidisciplinary team (Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists). * Prescription and supervision of treatments, promoting rational drug use and appropriate prescribing. * Intervention in emergency situations and clinical decision-making. * Counseling users and their families regarding health status and treatment progress. * Participation in health promotion and active aging programs. **Compensation:** * **Salary:** To be negotiated based on experience. * **Extra Shifts:** Opportunity to perform paid extra shifts, enabling income enhancement. **Essential Requirements:** * **Qualification:** Degree in Medicine / Official Recognition. * **Specialization:** MIR-residency specialization / Positive Recognition. * **Professional Registration.** * **Legal Status:** Possession of the legal status required to work in Spain. * **Availability:** Immediate Start.
