Description
The professional will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of production and packaging machinery at a food industry plant. Tasks include implementing preventive maintenance plans to anticipate equipment failures and ensure uninterrupted production, as well as performing corrective interventions involving mechanical and electrical repairs to minimize downtime. The professional must also diagnose faults in packaging, labeling, and processing lines, acting swiftly and decisively when a line stops, due to the perishable nature of the goods.
The work environment is dynamic and operates under refrigerated conditions. Full availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is required, including a statutory break. A stable contract is offered, with a competitive salary and 25 working days of vacation per year. Technical staff provide continuous support in a professional and collaborative environment.
Required qualifications include a medium- or higher-level vocational training cycle in Electromechanics or Industrial Maintenance, along with practical experience in industrial settings. Both experienced candidates and those highly motivated to learn are valued. The ability to work under pressure—due to the short shelf life of the products—is essential for this position.
Vocational training (CFGM or CFGS) in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Experience ranging from junior to senior profiles within the industrial sector is valued. Ability to work under pressure and in refrigerated environments. Resilience and adaptability. Knowledge of vehicle electromechanics and a minimum of two years of experience are required.
