




We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the culinary activities of a hotel. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing menus, ensuring that the food offering is attractive and of high quality. In addition, they must supervise the kitchen team, coordinating tasks and guaranteeing an efficient working environment. Responsibilities also include resource management, controlling food stock and conducting periodic inventories to prevent waste and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients. We are seeking someone with proven experience in managing professional kitchens, ideally in restaurants offering both à la carte and banquet services. Solid knowledge of both traditional cuisine and international trends is essential. The offered contract is permanent, full-time, with a monthly gross salary of approximately 3000 euros. Working hours are to be agreed upon.
