Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual to join our logistics team, managing the truck fleet, coordinating routes, and optimizing operational processes through data analysis. Opportunity to automate digital processes and optimize systems. In Medio Cudeyo, we are looking for a proactive individual to integrate into our logistics team. Your main responsibilities will include the daily management of our full cargo truck fleet. You will serve as the key liaison between drivers and route coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your day-to-day activities will involve monitoring any malfunctions that may arise, managing required preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintaining consistent and effective communication with external workshops. You will also play an important role in tracking on-route incidents and ensuring all vehicles remain in optimal operating condition. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required to analyze operational data and generate reports that support process optimization. Additionally, you will participate in file management to connect various systems, working with formats such as CSV and Excel, performing imports and exports. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance and automate digital processes, integrating our transportation management and enterprise planning systems. Education in International Trade and/or Logistics, preferably a Medium-Level Vocational Training Program. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles, especially in road transport or fleet management. Solid office software skills, with advanced Excel proficiency essential for data analysis. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
