Opportunity for job stability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** – Facility maintenance execution: lock replacement, carpentry work, painting, drilling, and tiling. – Procurement of consumables. – Relocation of machinery and furniture. – Various errands to other internal or external centers. **REQUIREMENTS:** QUALIFICATIONS: Formal education is not mandatory. KNOWLEDGE: Relevant training courses will be valued. EXPERIENCE: Minimum one year of experience in similar positions or in several of the required tasks. ATTITUDES: Independent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills; discretion required. **CONDITIONS:** **Must hold a Disability Certificate.** LOCATION: Torrelavega WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time. Monday to Friday, from 8:18 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. CONTRACT: Temporary contract for 6 months, with possibility of permanent employment. SALARY: Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI) + overlap supplement. OTHERS: Reimbursement for travel kilometers and overtime hours.
