Make a real impact on the evolution of EdTech products. **Description:** ---------------- At Dicampus, we are looking to hire a Product Manager to lead the development, evolution, and positioning of our training solutions in educational technology. The selected candidate will play a key role in defining the product strategy—connecting technology, pedagogy, and innovation—with particular emphasis on LMS environments and AI-based solutions. **Job Mission** Drive the evolution of our digital training products by integrating emerging technologies (AI) and optimizing learning platforms to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in the EdTech domain. * Lead the evolution of LMS-based solutions and our comprehensive student enrollment and training management solutions. * Identify improvement opportunities through the application of Artificial Intelligence to training (e.g., personalization, analytics, automation). * Coordinate cross-functional teams—including technology, content, and business—to develop new products. * Analyze EdTech industry trends (e.g., AI, learning analytics, adaptive learning). * Oversee user experience (UX) and the pedagogical and technological quality of products. * Participate in defining innovative proposals and projects for clients. * Measure product performance and propose data-driven improvements. **Candidate Profile** * Experience in digital training, technology, or product management environments. * Solid knowledge of LMS platforms—especially Moodle (administration, customization, or implementation). * Familiarity with AI solutions applied to education (e.g., chatbots, content generation, learning analytics). * Strong technical understanding (architectures, integrations, APIs, etc.), without requiring hands-on development skills. * Ability to operate confidently within complex technological environments. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. **Key Competencies** * Strategic vision and product orientation. * Analytical ability and data-driven decision-making. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. * Interest in innovation in education and technology—especially AI. **What We Offer** * You will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of education, technology, and artificial intelligence—contributing to the design of future training solutions. * You will participate in innovative projects in digital education and AI applied to learning. * A dynamic, collaborative, and growing work environment. * A genuine opportunity to impact the evolution of EdTech products. * Flexibility and autonomy in your role.
