Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive mechanical fitter/assembler with experience in assembling and fitting metal components, operating power tools, and interpreting engineering drawings. Your responsibilities will include interpreting engineering drawings to ensure each part fits perfectly and complies with specifications. You will also operate power tools—such as angle grinders—to cut and finish parts, as well as grind and deburr components to guarantee proper preparation and durability. It is essential to possess knowledge of mechanical fitting and prior experience in industrial assembly. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and consistent commitment to high quality, will be highly valued. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in a related field would be an advantage. We seek a proactive individual who adapts well to a dynamic work environment and pursues continuous improvement. A temporary contract with potential for continuity is offered, opening the door to long-term integration within the company. Working hours are rotating, covering morning and afternoon shifts, facilitating personal scheduling. If you have experience in mechanical fitting, sheet metal work, or similar assembly tasks, and hold a valid driver’s license and own vehicle, this is an opportunity to grow professionally in a sector with strong prospects. Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical fitting, e.g., as a boilermaker assistant or in assembly roles. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
