Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager responsible for the physical execution of the project, coordination with subcontractors, supervision of timelines and materials, and compliance with health, safety, and quality policies. We promote diversity and equal opportunities **Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to incorporate a **Site Manager** into our team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**: * Responsible for the physical execution of the project, coordination/support with subcontractors and suppliers. * Ensure adherence to project execution timelines. * Supervise the arrival of materials and equipment at the site. * Monitor and collaborate in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies. * Ensure compliance with the Quality Plan, its procedures, and PPIs. * Ensure compliance with legal and institutional requirements related to construction execution. * Responsible for measurements and certifications. * Report to the Project Manager, proactively flagging any critical issues that may hinder achievement of site objectives. **Requirements**: * Engineering degree preferred, with technical knowledge in electricity, civil works, steel structures, and logistics. * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing similar functions. * Proficiency in cost control software, construction progress tracking systems, budgeting, subcontractor management, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety. * Willingness to reside at the project location (Spain). * Knowledge and experience in high-voltage systems (SET\+LINES) will be valued.
