Job Summary: We are seeking a home care assistant to provide personal care and perform household tasks, offering comprehensive support to dependent individuals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personal care, including feeding and mobility 2. Assistance with daily hygiene and personal image management 3. Performing basic household tasks We are looking for a home care assistant in Piloña (Asturias) to carry out personal care duties such as assistance with feeding, mobility, and medication administration, as well as support with showering, changing clothes, daily grooming, and personal image management. Household tasks also include sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Previous experience as a home care assistant, in socio-healthcare settings (e.g., residential facilities or with dependent individuals), is required. Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications: Nursing Auxiliary Technician, Socio-Healthcare Technician, Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons (in institutions or at home), or Exceptional Authorization. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. The employment contract is temporary, with a weekly working schedule of 37 hours distributed between 08:00 and 22:00, Monday through Sunday, including statutory rest periods. The gross monthly salary is €1,246, plus holiday allowance, mileage reimbursement, and transportation allowance.
