




Job Summary: We are seeking cooks with basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine to prepare dishes, manage the kitchen, and supervise inventory, while maintaining high hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and cooking of various typical Chinese dishes. 2. Kitchen management and inventory supervision. 3. Maintenance of hygiene and food safety standards. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine. Main duties include preparing and cooking various typical Chinese dishes, ensuring quality in every preparation. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for kitchen management, supervising inventories of ingredients and materials required for daily operations. It is essential to maintain the highest hygiene standards and comply with all current food safety regulations. Collaboration in menu planning will also form part of the responsibilities. Applicants must have a solid understanding of fundamental Chinese cooking techniques and have received basic training in this culinary specialty. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with work from Monday to Sunday, including legally mandated rest days and a salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
