The results take care of themselves. * Be a technical escalation point for partners and internal teams * Help partners resolve technical issues within their payments integrations * Work with partners on the rollout of new solutions, with a focus of the technical implementation * Work with both internal and external stakeholders and teams to drive operational improvements between both companies * Help maintain knowledge\-bases for the Partner Technology Team * Help to close feedback loops from our partners and customers to internal teams * Discover process inefficiencies and work proactively to streamline them * Work cross\-functionally to drive and deliver issue resolution for partners * Assist partners in setting up enterprise customers * Have pre\-sales meeting with the partners to explain them our product. What you will bring... * Customer and / or partner facing experience in a technical environment * A basic understanding of APIs and software integrations * A clear history of complex issue resolution * Ability to work effectively cross\-functionally, both internally and externally * A logical and organised approach to problem\-solving * Strong communication skills for simplifying complex ideas for the partners. * Commercial oriented and technical pre\-sales cycle management * Concise data and information gathering, to provide necessary context to partners, customers or internal teams **Dojo home and away** We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in\-person.
