We are looking for an order picker with forklift experience for a major logistics center in Pinto, Madrid. If you are dynamic, detail-oriented, and enjoy teamwork, you could be an excellent fit for this stable project. Your responsibilities will include expert operation of counterbalanced forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, as well as order management through picking, stock placement, and restocking. You will also participate in loading and unloading goods, including manual handling, and be responsible for maintaining order and safety in the warehouse. A competitive salary of approximately €1,500 gross per month is offered, with an initial contract providing the possibility of direct permanent employment after 3 months, subject to performance and available vacancies. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, fixed afternoon–night shift from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with all Saturdays off plus one additional weekday off; work schedule runs from Sunday to Friday. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Valid forklift operator license. Personal vehicle to access the facility. Previous experience in logistics warehouses or food retail chains. Physical capacity for manual handling of loads.
