Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff for a senior residence, responsible for hygiene and disinfection of common areas and furniture. Key Highlights: 1. Flexible part-time schedule We need to hire a person for cleaning tasks at a senior residence in Siero (Asturias). Responsibilities include floor cleaning, furniture cleaning, window cleaning, wall cleaning, emptying trash bins, sweeping and mopping, as well as cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and common areas. A minimum of twelve months' experience in residential or similar facility cleaning is required. This position offers an indefinite-term employment contract with a part-time schedule of twelve hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The salary complies with the Collective Agreement for Care of Dependent Persons and Promotion of Personal Autonomy.
