Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and solution-oriented individuals for rubber component production in a dynamic environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Proactivity and problem-solving ability are valued Staff is needed in Riaño Langreo for the production of rubber parts, components, and coatings. Tasks include handling workshop tools and working on production lines, as well as other duties inherent to the position. This is a full-time contract with 40 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Friday on a split shift, including legally mandated breaks. The work environment is dynamic and requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and precise execution of repetitive tasks. Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is desirable but not mandatory, as initial training will be provided. The position is located in Riaño, Langreo, with convenient access and stable working hours that allow balancing personal and professional life. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * We seek a proactive and solution-oriented individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Spanish. * Completed ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education).
