Job Summary: We are seeking a formwork cleaner to perform cleaning, maintenance, organization, and inventory control tasks for materials in Langreo, Asturias. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of formwork using manual and electric tools. 2. Organization, classification, and storage of formwork and accessories. 3. Basic inventory control and assistance in order preparation. We are looking for a formwork cleaner to work in Langreo, Asturias. Main duties include cleaning and maintaining formwork using manual and electric tools, removing concrete residues, and inspecting the condition of materials. Additionally, you will organize, classify, and store formwork and its accessories; maintain basic inventory records and identify material shortages; and assist in order preparation, loading, and unloading. Prior experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory. A valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle are required. Occupational health and safety training is considered an advantage, as is experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and performing load lashing. Basic computer skills or familiarity with management software are also appreciated. This is a permanent, full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00. The monthly gross salary is €1950.
