




Job Summary: Hydro Extrusions is seeking a maintenance technician to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities, and to collaborate on assembly and improvement activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. 2. Collaboration in the assembly and improvement of installations. 3. Through our unique combination of local expertise, global network, and unmatched R\&D capabilities, we can offer everything from standard profiles, to advanced development and manufacturing for most industries. * **MISSION****: Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities according to established procedures and using designated machinery and tools. * **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****: + Conduct daily inspections of machines, equipment, and facilities to detect existing electrical, electronic, or mechanical faults, or to prevent such faults. + Repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical faults as they arise, replacing or repairing damaged parts, adjusting components, and performing necessary tests to ensure normal operation, leaving the area clean and operational. + Carry out preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with established schedules and using designated machinery and tools. + Respond to inquiries from production operators or others, investigating issues related to the electrical and mechanical operation of machinery and equipment. + Perform or assist in the assembly, adjustment, and commissioning of new installations or modifications to equipment. + Repair various components in the workshop using designated machinery and tools. + Record data regarding downtime duration and cause, in accordance with established procedures. + Replace consumables or spare parts according to indicators specified in the procedure. + Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables stock and place required orders. + Maintain the workplace and facilities clean and orderly. + Comply with established HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules and protocols. Commit proactively to Hydro’s HSE framework. + Issue work permits for auxiliary service maintenance companies in accordance with HSE procedures. + Potential designation as SPA (Single Point Accountability) for critical protocols directly affecting your area. + Study, design, and implement facility improvements when required. + Train and mentor colleagues undergoing training for this position. + Perform any other functions or tasks arising from the implementation of new procedures or modifications to existing ones in which you are involved. **Equal opportunities** ----------------------- At Hydro, we believe diversity makes us stronger.
