As a Perimeter Security Technician within the cybersecurity area, your main responsibilities will be: * Implement security systems in TCP/IP networks, physical networks, and wireless networks. * Install and administer various protection tools or mechanisms: NAT, DMZ, Firewall, VPN, NAC, etc. * Install, administer, configure, and resolve incidents related to firewalls (Cisco Pix, FWSM, Juniper, and Fortigate series 800, 1000, and 3000). * Install, administer, configure, and resolve incidents related to detection mechanisms: Antivirus, Intrusion Detection Systems, etc. **Access Control and Filtering Tools:** Security analysis of applications and infrastructure, administration and configuration of security infrastructure, preventive, corrective, and adaptive maintenance of perimeter security, administration, configuration, and operation of network access control tools (NAC). * Identity Management: Integrated management tool for managing VPN access, daily operations and maintenance of identity management services (Metadirectory, LDAP, Directory Services, RADIUS, TACACS). * Security Event Management: Installation, administration, and configuration of log monitoring and management tools, analysis of vulnerabilities, trojans, and general malware. * Regulations: Support formal collaboration with other public or private reference organizations in Security Management, knowledge and capabilities to perform compliance audits regarding data protection, explicit knowledge of the National Security Scheme as well as ability to conduct audits. * ITIL v3 Process Management Why choose this opportunity at SIA?
