Internal career development path with training and job rotation **Job Description** For our manufacturing facility in Latina Tor Tre Ponti, we are looking for a Shift Chief Engineer holding an engineering degree. Reporting directly to the Department Head, the candidate will be responsible for managing production and all activities during their shift. They must ensure productivity and efficiency targets while maintaining GMP compliance and supporting continuous improvement of production processes. Responsibilities: * Managing departmental activities and resources within the shift * Managing departmental deviations * Process troubleshooting and efficiency trend analysis * Supporting process analyses within the department * Preliminary review of Batch Record documentation * Assisting in preparing for GMP audits * Drafting and reviewing SOPs * Serving as team leader for Kaizen initiatives aimed at waste reduction **Qualifications** The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and preferably has experience in industrial manufacturing environments. Strong competence in managing production numbers/departmental KPIs and production processes, as well as problem-solving skills. Additional attributes include a natural sense of responsibility and inclusive communication skills. **Working hours on a continuous rotating shift schedule.** **What We Offer:** Initial fixed-term contract with the objective of permanent employment.
