As a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with an **Electrical/Electronic Engineer, whose incorporation is scheduled for the first half of 2026.** Their mission will focus on designing, developing, and integrating embedded electrical and electronic systems.
**What will you do?**
Design, develop, and integrate embedded electrical and electronic systems—primarily in heavy industry or defense environments—ensuring compliance with applicable technical specifications and regulations.
You will participate in requirement definition, electrical schematic design, wiring and harness design, as well as integration of electronic interfaces and protocols, supporting the system throughout its entire lifecycle up to validation and commissioning.

* Education: Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
* Experience: 5–10 years in electrical and embedded electronic systems within heavy industry or defense systems; experience in designing and developing electrical and electronic systems.
* Experience in developing technical specifications. Knowledge of military electrical standards and design criteria.

**What does our selection process look like?**

Initial Contact (5–10 min) * : If you receive a call from an unknown number, it’s our team! It’ll be a brief conversation to get to know you and address any questions.
Technical Interview * : You’ll meet the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We’ll also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, brief psychological and English proficiency assessments may be conducted (if required).
