




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to provide customer service, manage reservations, handle billing, and resolve incidents, delivering friendly and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and resolution of inquiries 2. End-to-end management of reservations and registrations 3. Incident resolution and complaint handling We are looking for a person to work at the reception desk in Cangas de Onís (Asturias). Main duties include greeting guests, responding to their inquiries, resolving questions, and providing friendly and efficient service. It will be necessary to manage guest check-in and check-out registrations, assign available rooms, and issue corresponding keys. Additionally, the candidate will administer reservations received by telephone, email, or digital platforms, ensuring accurate availability. The selected person will also prepare invoices, process payments, and manage any potential incidents. Strong skills in handling complaints and finding prompt solutions are essential. Knowledge of foreign languages—especially English—and proximity to the area will be valued. This position offers a full-time temporary employment contract, with salary aligned to the applicable collective agreement.
