Job Summary: We are seeking a technical specialist for technical-economic analysis, tender preparation, and construction supervision in Asturias. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical site visits for information gathering and service definition In Oviedo (Asturias), we seek a person to perform technical\-economic analysis tasks, including data collection for preparing tenders and bids. The role also includes conducting technical site visits to workplaces and ongoing construction projects to gather information and define service specifications, as well as supervising awarded construction works to ensure compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and quality. A Bachelor's Degree in Technical Architecture and demonstrable experience in studies, tenders, and construction supervision are required. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for travel within the Autonomous Community. The position offers an indefinite-term employment contract, full-time working hours with a split schedule from Monday to Thursday (morning and afternoon) and an intensive morning shift on Friday. The monthly gross salary is 2\.286 euros.
