We work with factories producing cardboard boxes, product packaging, and point-of-sale advertising materials. Our role consists of coordinating orders between clients and suppliers and monitoring production. **90% of our clients are French companies**, making French an essential language in daily operations. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a person to perform **administrative and production tracking tasks**, working directly with company management. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational execution of projects, maintaining contact with clients and suppliers to ensure that information, documentation, and production processes are properly coordinated. This is primarily an **administrative and tracking role**, focused on keeping information organized and ensuring each order progresses correctly throughout the entire process. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **1. Administrative order and production tracking** * Receiving client orders and entering purchase orders into the system * Communicating with suppliers to convey order information **2. Production documentation management** * Requesting, collecting, and reviewing originals, PDFs, quantities, and production documentation * Verifying that all required information is available before production begins * Tracking missing information or necessary corrections **3. Administrative tracking** * Requesting invoice generation and tracking shipment to the client * Keeping order information up to date in the system **4.
