Main responsibilities include answering telephone calls, organizing and archiving all necessary documentation, as well as managing orders from both customers and suppliers. Additionally, the role involves tasks related to billing and cash reconciliation. For this position, candidates must hold a medium- or higher-level vocational training qualification in administration and management, possess a valid driver's license, and be proficient in commonly used office software. The contract is permanent, with full-time hours on a split schedule. Remuneration complies with the collective agreement for food wholesalers in the Principality of Asturias.
