Main duties include customer service, answering telephone calls, and managing notifications and incidents that arise. The role also involves carrying out various administrative procedures and using specific computer software related to the activity. Fluent use of office software such as Word and Excel is required. Prior experience in similar positions—especially those involving direct customer interaction—is considered a strong advantage. We seek a responsible, organized individual with the ability to efficiently resolve problems. This position offers an indefinite-term employment contract with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Working hours will be flexible, specifically from 9:00 to 14:00. Remuneration will comply with the collective agreement for offices and professional services in the Principality of Asturias.
