




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting/administrative officer to manage the economic and administrative aspects of programs in workshop schools, including financial justifications and supplier coordination. Supplier coordination under supervision An accounting/administrative officer is required for the workshop schools "El Llano II" and "La Calzada" in Gijón (Asturias). Main duties include economic and administrative management of assigned programs, processing of financial justifications, and preparation of documentation necessary for the operation of these projects. The role also involves coordination with supplier companies, always under project management supervision. A minimum qualification of Technical Diploma in Administrative Management or equivalent training is required. At least one year of relevant experience in similar positions—particularly in employment or vocational training programs—is essential. Familiarity with accounting software applications and a general understanding of administrative procedures and budget execution in the public sector are valued. A valid driving license class B or higher, as well as proficient user-level computer skills, are required. A temporary civil servant appointment is offered, with a full-time working schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shifts. Workload will be equally divided (50% each) between the workshop schools "La Calzada" and "El Llano II".
