Opportunity for growth within the company We are seeking a professional to support the technical and operational management of building and community maintenance incidents in the Pamplona region. The main responsibility will be to assist the Team Manager in the initial assessment of defects or necessary repairs, performing efficient triage to determine the optimal solution. This involves analyzing each incident to decide whether it can be resolved immediately using available in-house resources or whether it must be referred to a specialized trade, such as electricity or plumbing. Budget preparation for future interventions and active supervision of external trades during work execution will also be required. Additionally, relevant documentation will be managed, including incident logging, photographs, and technical data entered into the management system. Clear communication with customers regarding proposed solutions and next steps will be essential. Full-time employment is offered, with morning and afternoon shifts and corresponding statutory rest periods. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Vocational Training (FP) in Maintenance, Construction, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Basic knowledge of trades (plumbing, electricity, masonry). * Ability to quickly analyze and prioritize actions. * Clear communication with customers and suppliers. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency with mobile apps and digital tools. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Problem-solving ability and strong interpersonal skills. * Interest in growing within the company.
