Incident and fault management We are seeking personnel to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of public buildings and facilities in Oviedo (Asturias). Tasks include supervising and carrying out basic inspections of boilers, heating, and air conditioning systems, as well as executing minor repairs in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry. Responsibilities also include maintaining gardens, green areas, and irrigation systems; managing incidents and faults; and complying with occupational risk prevention regulations. A vocational training qualification related to maintenance, air conditioning, or electricity is required, along with a disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher. The position offers a temporary employment contract of 4 months, full-time work schedule from 7:00 to 15:00 hours. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
