What we expect Design, commissioning, and follow-up of technical solutions in the fields of electronics/automation and digital systems: * Definition of system requirements in collaboration with other company departments, including risk and safety analysis. * Definition of technical solutions and system architecture designs, compliant with defined requirements—including electrical safety, functional safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and cybersecurity. * Software development * Documentation of software specifications and testing using Atlassian tools * Electrical schematic design * Electronic circuit design * Establishment of test plans, including acceptance criteria. Validation of functionalities, identification and resolution of defects. * Generation of engineering documentation required for functional safety system certification * On-site support during commissioning and follow-up * Adherence to project timelines and cost targets for solutions/products * Collaboration with other departments and company sites Who we are looking for Requirements: * >5 years of experience in similar activities; >8 years is highly desirable * Industrial engineer or equivalent, with specialization in electronics or automation * Initiative and creativity * Teamwork orientation * Analytical capability * Ability to work autonomously * High-level professional spoken and written English * Strong communication skills * Willingness to travel occasionally (international) Demonstrable experience required in: * Programming (IAR) and testing (Parasoft) of microcontrollers in C and C++ * Electrical and functional safety (Safety Integrity Levels, IEC 61508) * Software management tools: Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence Desirable knowledge in: * Electrical CAD (Eplan) * PLC programming, particularly on Beckhoff’s TWINCAT platform * Functional Safety Engineer (FSe) certification * Electronic circuit design (Altium) * Cybersecurity * Networks and communication protocols (LAN/WLAN network design, radio communications) * Experience conducting electrical tests (electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, etc.) * Cloud Computing, Data Science, and Big Data (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) * People transportation systems and applicable regulations—especially regarding escalators or elevators What we offer * Permanent contract and integration into a stable and sustainable industry sector. * Various benefits and an attractive work schedule. * Collaboration and teamwork: an open, transparent, and value-driven culture. * Individual development: frequent feedback, continuous training, and space to contribute your ideas.
