




Position Summary: Restaurante Puerto Noble is seeking an experienced Head Chef specializing in Mediterranean cuisine to lead, manage, and supervise the kitchen and team comprehensively. Restaurante Puerto Noble seeks a HEAD CHEF with REAL experience in Mediterranean cuisine for immediate hiring. PROVEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN: Mediterranean cuisine. Rice dishes. Meat dishes. Fish and seafood dishes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Comprehensive organization and management of the kitchen. Preparation and supervision of dishes according to the menu. Control of timing, quality, and service. Management and coordination of the kitchen team. Control of waste, ordering, and cleaning. Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE): Demonstrable experience as Head Chef. Expertise in rice dishes, meat dishes, and fish and seafood dishes. Leadership and organizational capabilities. Valid documentation permitting legal employment in Spain (MANDATORY). Availability for split shifts and rotating schedules. Professionalism, commitment, and responsibility.
