We seek a **Construction** **Project Manager** with proven experience and high motivation to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, with a particular focus on **luxury residential and hospitality projects.** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, consistently meeting the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position represents an excellent opportunity for professionals with prior experience in technical on-site roles (e.g., production manager or site manager) who wish to transition into a role of **end-to-end project management.** The position is based in **Málaga** and is **100% on-site, Monday to Friday.** * Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, design, execution, and delivery. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution. * Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as required. * Conduct risk analyses and define mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry-specific regulations. * Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. * Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and project documentation.
