We are seeking a nurse (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing) for a residential care center in Oviedo. The role focuses on delivering nursing care with vocation, empathy, and respect, integrating innovation and humanity into daily practice. Key responsibilities include conducting admission and periodic assessments, preparing and administering medication according to prescriptions, providing palliative care, supervising auxiliary staff, and managing tests such as INR monitoring—all in accordance with interdisciplinary team guidelines and each resident's medical history.
A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with a fixed morning shift (09:00 to 15:00\) and the possibility of immediate start. The work environment is collaborative, offering job stability, time for quality care, work-life balance, and continuous training.
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required. Prior experience in sociosanitary, hospital, or residential settings is valued, as well as additional training in gerontology or gender equality.
