Continuous training and tailored professional development ##### **You will help end world hunger by...** The Asturias Delegation contributes to implementing the Social Action Area strategy of Action Against Hunger Spain, focused on promoting and supporting inclusive employment and entrepreneurship for people in or at risk of exclusion. The responsibilities of the Support Technician role are hybrid: supporting internal administrative process management and supporting the management of employability and entrepreneurship projects implemented by the organization. ##### **Your main activities will include:** * Providing administrative support for the implementation of various Action Against Hunger projects in Asturias * Coordinating the participant recruitment campaign for the GeneracionIn project * Organizing workshop cycles related to self-employment * Requesting documentation of participation in programs * Coordinating individual and group sessions with participants and service providers ##### **Does this description fit you?** * Administrative processes and procedural support to the technical team. Digital and cloud-based cooperative work. * Proficiency in Excel and/or monitoring tools * University degree in Social Sciences: Psychology, Social Education, Pedagogy, Labour Sciences, Labour Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Social Work, Sociology, or related fields. * Knowledge of the humanitarian sector: familiarity with the business community, the third sector, employment networks, and public and private institutions in the Region of Murcia. Knowledge of ACF is desirable. * Sensitivity towards working with vulnerable individuals. Frustration tolerance and strong results orientation. Proactivity and dynamism.
