Job Summary: Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, ensuring proper equipment operation and uninterrupted production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Industrial machinery maintenance (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic) 2. Troubleshooting plasma cutting machines and machining centers 3. Low- and medium-voltage installation management The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery in industrial environments in Avilés. The primary objective is to ensure equipment always operates correctly by inspecting each system to detect failures before they escalate into major issues. You will work directly with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to guarantee uninterrupted production. Daily tasks include managing low- and medium-voltage installations, as well as repairing or replacing worn parts in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Lighting and auxiliary plant elements are also maintained, with documentation of every repair performed. This is a full-time position. Candidates must be capable of troubleshooting plasma cutting machines, oxy-fuel cutting machines, or machining centers. Technical vocational training (Medium or Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle) is required. Minimum three years of prior work experience in industrial maintenance. Mandatory certifications include: aerial work platform training, electrical risk training, and 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training.
