Opportunity for growth within an expanding company CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires a KITCHEN ASSISTANT to work at one of our hotels in the center of MADRID. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to the preparation and presentation of dishes. * Perform periodic cleanings established in the prepared plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any incidents accordingly. * Assist in the execution of menus and menus · Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal use of products assigned to you. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Previous experience as a cook. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented. **WE OFFER:** * 40-hour weekly contract. * Competitive salary. * Opportunity for growth within a company undergoing full expansion.
