Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for an elderly care residence in Siero (Asturias) to prepare daily menus, customize diets, organize the kitchen, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations We are looking for a Cook for an elderly care residence located in Siero (Asturias). Main responsibilities will include daily menu preparation, including development of diets tailored to residents' specific needs. Additionally, the role involves overall kitchen organization and ensuring strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Prior experience in similar kitchen positions is required. Experience in collective dining facilities will be considered a plus. A valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. The contract is temporary, full-time, and includes rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday to cover a vacation period.
