Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff to maintain and disinfect public and work areas, manage waste, and care for furniture in Llanes, Asturias. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and disinfection of public and work areas 2. Waste management and control of cleaning products 3. Assistance in basic furniture care We are looking for cleaning personnel in Llanes, Asturias. Main duties include maintenance and disinfection of public-facing areas, keeping workspaces orderly, cleaning restrooms, managing waste, and controlling necessary cleaning supplies. Assistance in basic furniture care and maintenance of cleaning equipment is also required. This is a permanent discontinuous full-time contract. Working hours are organized either in split shifts from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, or through weekly rotating shifts—either from 10:00 to 18:00 or from 18:00 to 02:00\. Salary is governed by the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector of the Principality of Asturias. Candidates must be capable of performing moderate physical tasks, demonstrate autonomy and organizational skills. Availability to work the indicated shifts—including weekends—is required. Punctuality, discretion, and teamwork are valued to ensure all facilities are consistently maintained in optimal condition.
