Through our Circular Economy business, we promote the use of alternative fuels and waste valorization, minimizing environmental impact and advancing sustainability. We continuously research and innovate to meet our customers’ needs while consistently adhering to sustainability criteria. We are seeking to hire a **Shift Supervisor** for Molins’ Circular Economy Division, specifically for the Manresa plant focused on end-of-life tire (ELT) valorization. We seek a professional meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. * Proficiency in operating forklifts and front-end loaders. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Commitment to occupational health and safety (PRL), strong communication skills, leadership abilities and teamwork orientation. * Autonomy and ability to meet deadlines. Mechanical knowledge, basic office software skills, PRL knowledge, and valid front-end loader and forklift certifications are valued. * Advanced level of Spanish. * Availability to work rotating shifts—morning, afternoon and night (rotation every 15 days). #LI-SM1
