Part of a great team at a 5-star adult-only recommended hotel **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **Maintenance Officer with experience as a painter** for our new **Hotel DAIA located in Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz.** **.** You will be responsible for performing qualified maintenance of the workplace facilities under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. Full-time contract covering a long-term leave. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of workplace facilities following instructions from the Production Manager. * Maintain and perform upkeep of facilities and assets (electricity, plumbing, etc.). * Carry out tasks requiring no specialized training, following guidelines from the Production Manager. * Keep workplace facilities in perfect condition. * Perform any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor related to your position. **Requirements:** --------------- **REQUIREMENTS** Vocational Training or Medium/Higher-Level Vocational Education in Electricity and Electronics and/or Building and Civil Engineering: Technician in Electrical and Automatic Installations, Technician in Construction Finishes, or equivalent qualification. 3–5 years of demonstrable professional experience in a Maintenance Officer role. Knowledge of construction works, panel assembly and fixing, telecommunications infrastructure assembly and maintenance, and electrical installations in buildings. Proficiency in applying current regulations and standards, safety protocols, occupational hazards, and environmental requirements. Experience in plumbing installation execution and maintenance. English: B1 level, desirable. Proficiency in management and office software applications.
